bad news first -- unconfirmed but i think i've lost my favorite halter!! =((

anw, i've realised it was missing for awhile now, but didn't bother to confirm tt it wasn't in my room till just now. Haha. Which resulted in massive overturn of my cupboards and I found 2 other articles of clothing which i thought were missing - my black racer(U2) and my very-sorely-missed black flare miniskirt! They were hidden amongst my at-home-only clothes so hahaha, didn't know.

So anyways, my massive overhaul of my closets made me realise one thing. I REALLY HAVE A DAMN FREAKING LOT OF CLOTHES. Here's a short breakdown:

I have:
10 dresses
8 knee to floor length skirts
16 short skirts
8 pairs of shorts
5 pairs of jeans
5 pairs of long pants
2 pairs of capris
5 spag tops
15 halter tops
9 tank tops/racer backed tops
5 polo tees
3 shrugs/capes
5 jackets/blazers
5 caps
5 belts
12 pairs of shoes

And almost 50 tops of various styles, cuts and colors

around 13 of these clothes have never been worn (out of the house) and another 9 have only been worn once/twice

And all these do not include my at-home clothes, some of which can pass for going-out clothes.. Lol.


I need more closet space. My clothes are packed so close together tt they're all crumpled!
I need bags
I don't need accessories - don't even go there, I have at least 50 pairs of earrings, 5 hairbands, at least 30 other hair-accessories, 30 necklaces of which almost 20 i don't even wear anymore... Hahas.

Anyways, enough with the frivolous stuff and let's move on!

So I was going on and on abt Monday. Hahas. So yea, went wmall, wanted to go to Pool Factor at Bukit Timah Plaza one but they were closed so headed to wmall instead and arcaded, shopped etc. Had dinner at Pastamania and had loads of fun! =)

Tuesday was only supposed to meet suyeesweets for a short while but they were sweet enough to wait for me during my ugc112 lect (halfway through i left to accompany them for awhile then went back in again) then i went to have lunch wit CAME and the 2 of them were still waiting for me! And sugarcupcakehoneypie msged me to ask if I wanted to cut hair! So when she told me they were going to the Kimage school I was like, ok! Cheap mah haha. So we caught a cab down to Funan and went straight there (deliberated around some camera shops and toilet) then got our haircuts.. Grr. I think like, HC's turned out the best ba, not much change. Sy got half her head cut off. I mean hair. LOL. And MINE... Grr. Disaster la. Haha. I think i needa rebond my hair sooner than i thought now. Anw, then we walked to Bugis for sy to buy hat/cap to hide her hair lol. I already had mine =) Then we ended up buying this red hairband thingy each to add on to the ASSES uniform! Wahaha. Then on the way to Bugis stupid suyee sweets was being irritating and etc. Oh wait. Before we went bugis we had dinner at (guess where?) Pasta (AGAIN) at funan, during which I cancelled my tuition haha. Then stupid sugarcupcakehoneypie koped my phone and kept calling *him and leaving missed calls.. Then dunno why she got herself high on calling him *winks* and so while we were walking towards bugis she was being uberlame, saying what, we must write what song called "One Missed Call" so she started saying, then i started singing, "My friend used my phone/To make one missed call/To her lover XXX/And blamed it on me" then she was like, still got a RAP part to the song (since she claims to be the music producer of the song) and started going "Papaya watermelon, watermelon papaya, cherkang lau ts..." WTF. I just started screaming tt silly song i was singing louder and louder and she kept rapping stupidly and very off-tunely. Hahahahahahahahahs. Think we embarassed the shizz out of hc lol.

Yah then was shopping at bugis, and hc&d, hehe glad you guys are ok now =) Be happy! *huggs*

Wed... Er think I was pretty much a good girl, going for lessons and all.. Hehe. Ok ok i think actually I missed COM in the morn but managed to take the test.. Haha. Cracked lame joke in staffroom. Then UGC we had this movie quiz thing (and kenna gl-ed by Peters).. Then went straight to 2.09 where tong, wenfu, daryl and ts were.. OH! I forgot! Tong and I met in the morn! Actually she came my house again la lol. Then my maid ironed her "uniform" for her (the iron-on patches) and etc then coz we cldn't get a SINGLE cab at all so I ended up being late for COM =( So we decided tt i should skip com and we went to KAP for breakfast(took bus). Then at kap we saw daryl and 2 of his friends, then chatted etc and ate, then Daryl said he was gonna buy cards so we followed him down to coldstorage and then after tt we joined em for awhile, after which i had to go down to sch for d test n ugc (while tong ps-ed me!! All for bridge! HMPH!)

Oh and yah, we were all wearing the ASSES uniform, which made a lot of CAME ppl and UB ppl question why I looked so beach-y and like I just woke up and staggered out of the hse like tt lol.

Yah so anw, after ugc went to 2.09 to join those ppl.. Actually is to ask tong for help with MTH.. Haha. Coz i just realized there was gonna be curve-sketching and I really hated tt.. Then kns kenna diarrhoea and mense cramps.. Grr. Then bad mood swing so gave up studying and played bridge wit em hahas. Then went up to take test, finished test and went back down to join em. Hahas. The test was quite ok ba. Cannot get full marks coz i still dunno how to do the range/domain thing.. Hahas. Anw yea went down to join em.. A lot of toilet talk and card playing and THEY ALL ARE SUPER FREAKING INCONSIDERATE LA. Hello. I think ts and I need to avoid being at the same place at the same time liao. Actually, more accurately, I need to avoid it. I always kenna suan leh! WTF. Luckily i brought this big cap that i pulled over my face whenever they say us. Singing club is especially scary coz everyone can sing love songs to your face and change the lyrics to suan you like xiao. Grrr. But he's also a bit stupid. They always say him wit tt song, then he always go and sing tt song!!! Aiyoh. I not sure what the title of tt song is i think it's some lishengjie song... Like, "ni na me ai ta, wei shen me bu ba ta liu xia" etc. WTF. Then he will occasionally burst into (that) song and they'll be like, "the lyrics should be "wo na me ai ni" etc" WTF. YOU NOT PAISEH I PAISEH CAN

Aaaanw. We did heyjude again for lesson.. Not bad la, when we all dun forget our parts.. Think Standbyme was better haha. Coz for SBM the guys part is super funny, esp the ending.. The doo-doo-DOOO~~ Hahahahas.

Then after lesson we were thinking abt where to go for dinner.. Then think tong also quite sick and tired so we decided to go to the canteen to eat dinner.. Then wenfu was jio-ing everyone to go Settler's Cafe (lol see prev entry's title). He kept pronouncing it wrongly, and suyee sweets kept saying him LOLOLOL. Super funny. Then he said like, Thursday is ladies' night so got free flow of drinks for a base charge, then he mispronounced it too, which caused sy to bone-pick even more! Wahahaha super funny. Anw during dinner, they anyhow anyhow arrange the seating until i had to sit opposite somebody lor. haha. I SHY NIA. So i nv talk. =) But wenfu super funny, like, when I tried to talk (and my mouth was full) he'll be like, you eat first, you see, your noodles is asking you whether you want to eat it or not.. etc. Hahahaha aiyoh super funny. Then I was the slowest la (sorry!) coz halfway through i went to walk tong to the bus stop.. Poor dear really sick (lovesick nia) etc.. So since I'd promised Silas to take care of her in his absence, I must fulfil my duty right. hahas. Then yah after I'd decided I'd had enough (no, i didn't finish all the soup like somebody said), we left for Settler's.

Woohoo. Located in Holland V, Settler's cafe is a place for you to have dinner and fun at the same time, or at least consecutively. LOL. Great recommendation, seniors! =) I enjoyed myself like shit there la, the games were really outta this world. Wenfu and LTA were super funny wit their squeegee chairs.. We played 3 games, and luckily for me, i nv kenna forfeit. Hahas. Peiwen totally lost the first game, 3 times she didn't get the bone wahaha. I will never forget when she threw herself across the table to get one and kenna hauled by wenfu coz he pulled the bone she was grabbing onto. WAHAHA. So she ended up flying over(pulled by the hand) and landed across LTA and Wenfu.. Hahahaha. Super funny. Tt bone game is actually sth like the HEARTATTACK card game.. Only slightly more complicated and 200times more exciting lol.

Anw the second game must use brain one. Hahahaha. Super funny, some collecting points thing. I won the 2nd round!! Hahas. Ahem, somebody damn smart, lost all 3 rounds and lost quite badly somemore. Wahahaha.

Third game was CHAROODLES! Charades wit props. SUPER SUPER FUNNY. Wahahahahha. I know, most of you think the best part was when I was guessing with my team (girls agst guys)... Peiwen was acting, then the clue for tt set of words was "At the barber".. Then she used the cylindrical prop to point at her hair, making some blowing action.. So i said, "blow hair, blow, hair dryer," then she made movements like we were getting close, so I got excited la, which resulted in me saying stupid things ... Like, go see the title of this entry.. Yah. and when I said that right, IT'S NOT FUNNY ONE LOR. DUNNO WHY YOU ALL THE REACTION MUST SO BIG. Hahaha. somebody laugh until broke the chair. WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Ahem. Control yourself. Ahem. Anw, yah super funny la. We play until the shop people, who were already very noisy themselves, complained tt we were too noisy. Wahahahaha. Then the shop closing le, then we left for the bus stop.. On the way, us girls kept cam-whoring so the guys had to keep stopping for us etc.. SUGARCUPCAKEHONEYPIE! I'm waiting for the pics! hahahas. Funny la.

First day of sch - did i mention tong and i were s'posed to go swimming then she overslept and failed to wake me up!?!?! which resulted in me oversleeping and arriving late for the first day of school!?!?!?! Hahas. Then lessons lor. Haha. Can't really rmb what else le.

Tues - My free-est day! went for com 225 and ugc 112. I was super on time nia - proud of myself=) after ugc there was some briefing abt the digital access course then at abt 3pm i went to join my ASSES to mug! Tong was gonna help me wit MTH131 mah. hahas. Oh and yea - my new bunch of fave peeps - my ASSES!!! Hehe. Tong(Sitong), Suyee(sweets) and Silas(tong's bf)!! Haha. See the "S"-es?? Hahahahs Love em lots lots lots leh Heh. Then they went to watch Superstar and I went home!

Wed - My busiest day!! Basically no time for much stuffs.. Have i shown y'all my Wednesday schedule? It goes like this:

Thurs! - One of my relatively free-er days! 11am - Com 225 (quiz) Speaking of which, gotta thank the kingbeng for trying to warn us about quiz on Wed haha. More on that later. Anw, then 1pm was UGC then 330pm was MTH for an hour. Then i went to meet my ASSES (minus Silas) and we headed off to CCA. Like super funny can. We irritated the seniors by making a lotta noise taking photos etc. SORRY LA. Then the silly asses kept making me and ts. Grr. They tried to snatch my wallet(and money) but I got my money out, then they wanted to say i have no money and ask him to pay!?!?!? WTF. Then in the end what they did was take out my FUGLY FUGLY ez-link card, pass to him and say what, I ask him pay for me. WTF. So throw face. Then we laughed over my ezlink card for a bit. Then took more photos etc. Hahas. Then after CCA the ASSES and I (oh when I'm wit em right, my name got to change to S-herlynn LOL. Funnily enough, if I change my name to start wit an S hor, then CAME will become SAME. Quite funny hahas) went to J8 to have dinner and walk walk. Silas met us at school and we went down, then ate at Pastamania! Then walk walk etc. Hahas. Damn funny la. We wanted to STALK someone! Wahahahahaha. Funny nia. Then talk non-stop. Very LOUDLY. Not me only k. Not me. I don't talk loudly de. Hahahahahahahas. Anw yah then went to Fox to do massive shopping coz of the 60% off(if u buy 5 items and above) so went wit suyeesweets. Then left the shop only when they were closing, then realized i lost my earring (the one evy bought for me leh! so sadded!!!) then went back to find, then cldn't find, then search my purchases, then HENG ARH, inside there =)) So dun worry evydarling. I still have the pair =) Love em! Then went home le hehe

Fri - Which is YTD! Hahas. Only had one hour of lessons[mgq] (followed my crazy amount of tuition) which was supposed to start at 245.. But the ASSES hadn't had enough of each other yet, so we arranged to crash suyeesweets's econs lect which was at 9am! Then we decided we wanted to eat BREAKFAST, so we arranged to meet at 645am at KAP!!! Wah xiao-ness hahas. But I was quite ON about it since it was such a novel experience. So anw, tong called my hp frm 5am till 545am and i ignored her calls all the way lOlololol. And silas was calling me too lol coz tong asked him to try too. LOLOL. And i ignored all the calls can!!! Wahahaha. So tong decided to call my hse, and my dad answered her, then he intercommed me and asked me to answer the phone, which FINALLY got me up lol. I almost went back to sleep when I realized it was like, LATE! Haha. So i hurried up and arrived there ON TIME K! I stepped out of the house at 630am and arrived at KAP at 645am. Took cab lah DUHH. Then in the end I was the FIRST ONE THERE NIA. Haha. Tong and Silas caught in jam so they were abt 20mins late, then suyee sweets had someone fighting wit her for the toilet at her hse so she kenna delayed PLUS the SUPER MASSIVE JAM haha so she arrived at like, 720am? Hahas. Anw then we ate etc.. Hahas. Then went down and had the lect. SUPER BORING NIA. Hahas so me tong and silas left during their break after 1andahalfhours (wtf UOL has super good food can) and went outside to take pics like xiao. Hehe. Then hung abt wit em till abt 1230 then went to join my CAME sweets =) Then we went for MGQ at 1245.. Decided to change our class to the Thursday one so tt the timing is better =) Then ended early so i changed my tuition classes to be earlier then i went straight down to tuition. Frm 430 change to 230pm for T, then S cldn't change timing so stayed at 7pm. So after I was done wit T i went home to bathe and eat and sleep, then went to S's place haha. Then went home and slept early. Super shagged. Walked home frm the MRT station after S's tuition haha. Been walking home a lot. Can save transport money + exercise! Hahas


Sat - TODAY! Hahas. Funfun day!! Met up wit my ASSES again, but this time instead of suyeesweets, we had the other SY - LISIYING!!! Hehehe siyingzi joined us for a day of fun! Hahas. So she met me at my house at 8am (basically woke me up lol) and then my dad gave us a lift down to ToaPayoh mrt where we met tong and silas at 9am.. Almost joined my momma for lunch but she had to queue for the bank thing so we left first (she asked us to leave first) Then we bought out tidbits and all, then set off for tong's house. When we arrived at her house, we played a round of bridge (but silas dunno how to play! Then play wit noob v irritating de LOL) So we decided to watch Jian4 Gui3 10.. Haha. Second time watching tt one for me. Super funny =) Sometimes scary ba. Tong kept grabbing me. Hahas. Silas jealous nia. We pigged out during the show la! Chips, chocs, feeding each other, greentearootbeer... Hahas. Super nia. Then we brought out the MJ table and MJ-ed!! Haha. Think we only managed to complete one actual round. Like, DongFengNanFengXiFengBeiFeng then maybe we made it to Dongfeng again and tt was it! Hahas. Coz sy beginner nia. But she really beginner's luck! Haha. Then tong went to bathe, the rest of us packed up, then we played bridge+taitee then we all took a cab down to newton mrt. Tong went for her performance, sy went to meet her bf and I walked down to my uncle's house

Time to walk from Newton MRT to my Uncle's house (which is at Kent Ridge there) is about 40mins ba. Hahas. I know. Looooooong walk. But anw, after today I've become certain that it is possible to walk EVERYWHERE in Singapore nia. Hahas. Depends on whether or not u have the time and the patience only. Hahas. Lucky my Ipod strength still not bad =) So yepps. Walked from Newton to like, Dorset area haha. I love the feeling of no stress, no pressure, having the time to walk as slowly as i like, for as long as i like. The rain was bad la, but everything else about the walk (oh and apart frm getting lost for awhile also) was great =) I'm a solitary creature! Hehe

Then after gathering at my Uncle's house, came home and had mass convo on msn wit esprimere ppl. Hee. I'm still curious as to why teru started the convo but anw.. I guess a step is a step! =)


I think i can be a bit more open about this la. Haha. It's pretty obvious liao anw. What siying said today affected me a bit la (she saw ts in sch and asked him abt me then he kinda flustered or sth etc) but after tt at cca things were a bit xiao so i think nvm. Hahas. We'll see how everything goes. Hahas. I think advice like "let nature take its course" and "leave it up to Fate" etc are redundant.. Coz tt's what I'm doing yah. I'm so passive you cld even say I'm negative hahahaha.

first day of school today!


heh. a bit not used to the whole having to pay attention to some guy thing again but hey, i'm in my motivated-to-study mode, as is typical of start of semesters.. haha.

textbooks - we're gonna save a bunch by buying photocopies! *looks disdainfully at old textbooks frm sem 1* must learn to save money for my dad heh

Was just listening to Chingy's Don't Worry, ft Janet Jackson (on my way home frm gathering. heh. yang's bday - he's ADORABLE).. One of the lines goes "you the one that knew me"

Kinda makes me wonder if there's anyone who really knows me. I mean, i don't think my family knows me v well.. Neither do my v close friends.. Maybe tong ba since she's been wit me through all these years heh. Val kinda knows me quite well too.. Just not well enough to know what exactly i mean when i say sth.. And, none of you have been scolded like really badly and seriously by me before. Like, I've nv really been pissed and quarrelled wit any of you before. Apart frm tong, who's heard me screaming at my various family members over the phone, none of you know what i'm like when i'm in a rage.. None of you have seen me cry the crazy wrenching body-wracking sobs that I do when I'm really really really frustrated..

In short, you guys don't know the volatile side of me. Only tong and (more recently) val have been subject to my cold treatment. And val -- tt day was already very mild. I was still trying to be nice some more. For tong and i - our infamous quarrel of sec 1/sec 2 was quite bad lol. Super funny nia. But super bad. Like I walked past tong and someone said like "hey tt's your friend" or sth then I went "i don't know her" or sth like tt. Not like v bad la but anw. Then in J1 we quarrelled again hahas. Tt one was pretty fiery.

I'll start frm where i last stopped! I think i haven't blogged abt new year's day and eve etc


Aye.. Can't recall what I did on NYE!! Grr. Sth wit my family which was quite fun i think. Then NYDay was spent at my Uncle's house and then his restaurant... Was good =) Watched movies, played around wit cousins.. Chatted a lot.. Kept teasing Yi Liang(cousin) about enlistment.. Kept nicking yang's toy... ETC! =) Love em lots

Speaking of lovin my family lots, just remembered tt i just had a weird dream last night, abt my granma.. Sigh. It was a really sad dream =(

Anw. Hmm what else did I do?

Well it was generally tuition tuition tuition.. Till 4thJanuaryThursday.. We had the GY Gathering!! It was great seeing everyone again! Hahas. Generally people haven't changed much, only my bunch changed the most - tong, eu.. My change was during J1 so not v recent change etc.. Hahas. Some shocking changes, some not so =) Aye.. Really miss our silly class =) Lots of noise and lots of questions.. Some brilliant person decided to do some check on who was attached and who was not - guess what, at my table I was the only one not attached nia..

Wahaha. Then during the whole dinner they (esp MICH!) kept stressing me out.. And siying also la! What, oh look how they stare into each other's eyes when they talk (coz ja met us before the dinner then he and mich were quite lovey) then what, mich's hair cannot get wet la so ja dunno did sth wit his jacket etc. Wah liao eh. Thanks arh. No need to stab me until like tt Wahaha.

Then anyhow talk talk talk then say say say until edna (who doesn't even know sneeze) say she "dun even know him also approve liao" wth! Assholes. Only want me to get attached so I don't disturb your sets of er4 ren2 shi4 jie4 right?!?! Wahahaha I know.


Anw yea gathering was fun! =) Then we went walk walk shop shop then the old bukitpanjang gang shared cab back! me sy edna vivie. Hahas. Too bad huiyu wasn't there.. And who else? Oh yah juan. Coz she got people to send her home MAH. Good lor. Big lor. Wahahaha


Anws, the Saturday after tt was kbox wit Tong Silas and Suyeesweets! =) Hehe. Was uber fun we sang sang and sang! Though tong and silas... *shakes head* idiots.. Insensitive nia! Hahas. And suyee! Dun shy shy! Act shy only nia wahahahaha. Then after kbox we walked around a bit then went to the toapayoh library (we were at toapayoh kbox) then S&S left first and suyee and i walked around a bit - had an uber uber long time chatting!! =)) Wheee~~ Must chat more k suyee sweets! Hee. We chatted till she had to leave then I went back home for family gathering =) I gave my old mp3 player to my cousin (poor thing had to use discman for so long) and we looked at pics and vids on my lappie lol.

Sunday was lector duty. Read wit my mom coz the second reader didn't turn up! hahas. so mom filled in last min. Then walked wit the gospel so super long!!! My arms were shivering like mad nia! hahas

Then Monday had 3 tuitions.. Super tiring. hahas. Then was my holiday le!

Phuket - All in all it was great =) Lots of shopping, tanning, and THAI MASSAGE! Woohoo. Full body thai massage nia - you get all your privates fondled! Wahahahaha. I'm sure that sounds great to some of you hahahahas. I bought lots of stuff! 3 pairs of shoes/slippers, one lovely skirt, one polo top, chocolates, one pair of black jeans, shower scrub, the hair "chopstick" thing, deodorant, etc!

I needa go and lose tt weight liao =) But at least i enjoyed myself. Haha. Oh but the freakin bloated stomach feelin ain't good. Ain't good at all! Hahas.

So bring on the swim-sessions, bball and badminton games, and I might even consider gym-ing(though i don't really think i will. static activities don't appeal to me much lol). I wanted to spend this week going to the pool (since sch will have officially re-opened and there won't be so many freakin annoying kids anymore) but i just HAD to have my period this week. BOO. And nx week I'll be going off to Phuket! Grr. (Speaking of which, did anyone else know that Phuket was in Thailand? How come I'm the only one who thinks Phuket is in Malaysia???? xmas eve :
morn: went for church at 11am
aftnn: went home after church, changed and met val. went to her house to try her cheesecake (fabo!) then she drove us down to toa payoh to her angel's house to let her angel try. chatted for awhile. i had a gigantic mood swing and displayed my rarely-seen bad mood/temper
eve: met mad and eve at city hall at abt 530/540.. went to Max Brenner's where we had super delicious Chocolate Fondue! Then we talked abt how if Max Brenner's wasn't American, his shop might have been Max Bangala or Max Ravanajapa and nobody would visit. LOL. Went down to my Godma's place for family dinner
Night: at Godma's place, watched tv, chatted with aunties uncles and cousins, got my Prisonbreak S2 from Ding, watched the first episode, then when 12mn arrived, we all exchanged gifts and chatted some more till abt 1-2am we left for home.

super relaxing day! woke up pretty late, then my whole family (me, mom, dad, brother) went to do facial! hahas. innovative way to spend xmas eh?

It's like, i don't understand what's wit the recent fugly fashion trends. First it was the fugliest of fug trends CROCS then came the fug leggings. Only one word - fug. I mean, yea some people look good in them but some people just cmi k. And they just blindly follow these trends. Goodness. Like, when fugly fashion sense-LESS people start following these trends, it should be a heads-up for those who still can be saved that this trend should be ditched.

Trends that I approve of:
BIRKIES! My goodness. Comfort and aesthetics combine to make this a nod-worthy trend. Follow, people, follow! Heh.
Skinny jeans - hmm. maybe it's more suited for ppl wit nice legs, but skinny jeans give the sleek but sexy look and yet keeps it casual. Thumbs up for skinny jeans!
Waisted belts - oh Gosh this is the best. I think girls in shift dresses/flowy dresses who wear waisted belts to cinch the dresses at the waist look absolutely FAB and sexy.
Bobs - if not for the fact that my hair has to be rebonded every so often, i'd go and get a bob-haircut immediately!! And I've already mentioned my fantasy hairstyle to CAME lol. Super short, super funky =) Too bad, my hair has to be long. Bor-ring! Hahas. But bobs are totally approved of! Easy to manage and style, plus you'd always look good =) awesome!

too many choices

so i was talking to val


and i've realized that what i've always used to envy of chio, hot, attractive, popular girls? Doesn't cut it for me anymore. It's quite taxing having to deal with people's emotions, not wanting to hurt them, but not wanting to give unnecessary hope.

i realized that i've come to wish for the good ol' days when there was only one guy in my life. hahas. i won't mention the specific number now but there are significantly more, and that really sucks. Because i have vested emotion in none of them. Honestly. I don't like any single one of them particularly more than the others. That really sucks. Coz if there were any one of them who were particularly more significant, it'd make everything much easier.

Oh btw. I've realized that I'm really quite pissed off with theoneeveryonehasbeeninterrogating. Yea. Irritated. I want(ed) to try, really I did/do. But the more you guys interrogate, the more you guys find out, the more incongruous everything gets and the more turned-off i am. As I'd already mentioned, I don't want anyone to like me because he thinks I like him. I'm sorry but I'm selfish like that. And anw, I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me. He's just making an effort - for what i dunno. So what if a lot of ppl approve of him? So what if (i quote two friends) he's "nice n handsome n funny n mixes well wit ur friends" or "very tall ma. quite cute. funny. approved!"? Some ppl think he's too arrogant anw. ARGH. Internal war. As for what I think -- I don't like what he thinks of me. That is what is really getting on my nerves. (PS: I didn't ask those 2 ppl for their opinions. they told me. LOL Ok ok they told me he's good/approved/whatever and i asked why.)

The other ppl I shan't mention. It's like, I cut myself off from investing any emotion in any one of them quite early on to protect myself, but now -- argh! It's like, they're all my once-targets and all very minor cases (just like how ts was) so i can't say zero emotion was involved, but maybe like, 1% emotion involved la. Maybe some a bit more than others.

Not like there's a choice to make, but I just feel that because of this, I will owe some of them explanations or i dunno. Sth! I just feel guilty or sth like when I go clubbing and dance wit other guys or sth like tt! Grrr.

The worst thing is - i don't foresee a future with ANY of them. It's like, i've been spending the past few days reading fics(fictionpress) and yea, I know i don't like any of them VERY much. Definitely not the way it was with melvin. Oh but of course that could be because I tend to avoid them and not talk to them much, so we don't get to know each other tt well lol.

Anyways, enough rambling on my part. Val said since I like none, I should choose none. Hahas. I dunno. I don't think there's a need to make a choice either. If I do, it might end up as another "zongyao" case again and seriously, i think it'd be morally wrong to do it again knowing fully well I'd be doing that.


I liked melvin for several reasons including:
a) he liked me first
b) he liked me despite all my physical shortcomings (more than i can say for some people)
c) i dunno. some of the things he said before will stay with me forever. that's all i can say

Basically, reason B easily translates to - he liked me for me. (he ever told me why he liked me k, and the reasons are not superficial - DUH, like there is anything superficial for him to like -__-")

And that is really really more than i can say for somebody.
(fat, ugly, tummy, single eyelid, OTT makeup - all these are part of ME. don't like it? fuck off!)


Don't worry. I don't like him(melvin) now for a truckload of reasons so no, i won't go back to liking him again.

Anyways, I haven't made my point. My point is that - I'm really lost. I really dunno how I feel. If you know me, you'll know that i'm super super super passive (well, it was different wit melvin) when it comes to this kinda stuff. SUPER. I fucking HATE taking the initiative. But i also don't like people (whom I don't like) being overly aggressive in their pursuit (case in point: *ahem* val y'know who la) But ZERO initiative? You can just go kill yourself.

Sorry guys, I just felt so much pent-up emotion i just had to let off some steam. It's Xmas Eve!! I'm gonna be meeting my darling people tml(later) - church in the morning, val(cheesecake!YUM!) fetching me then we hang out, then city hall max brenners wit my CAME babes and family(extended) dinner at night! Haha. Tong's bday today(2312) so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONG! Hahas. I wanna meet my MESC too but I guess we already met at the party =) I miss hanging wit jac during xmas like we did last year but i guess that's ok.


Xmas is a very special time. By special, I mean weird. Coz you can be either really happy or really sad. And I'm drifting in between.

I was reading eunice's blog and I realized that if i don't blog properly about the events of the party, it's gonna be a big waste. So I MUST! Hahas. Super funny can.

Kk so the preparations for the party actually started early last week - after the game of bball at teru's place last Thurs, me, tong and val went back to my house and just started discussing. Actually coz me and val had the idea/desire to plan a xmas party for really long now. Then we included tong for budget's sake. So we came up wit lots of ideas on venue, theme etc. Won't reveal all our plans for now but the brainstorming process seemed to only include my brain. Lols. So anw, we had an initial guest list of 65 ppl - then we realized it was really too much, so we threw out the not-so-important ppl and narrowed it down to abt 7-8 people each, leaving about 20+ almost 30 people invited.

So we sent out the invitations etc and here comes the infuriating part - ppl who dun wanna reply fast, ppl who hem and haw. I mean, if you fucking don't wanna come, just say no. I'll beg etc for awhile but i won't keep it up. I mean, one less person means less to provide for means easier on my pocket right? Those "try" ones I had to keep putting an asterisk beside the name etc. Irritating only.

Oh on that day we also decided on the games etc And the food. Hahas. So this week Tuesday, val and I went to the sheng siong near my house to grab all the food and we bought a heck of a lot of stuff! But i love grocery shopping nia! Then etc then went home and realized my mom wasn't gonna allow us to cook at home, then really pissed and all, then i said OK LOR since u dun want us to cook YOU cook for us before you leave for dinner lor. My father was uber-supportive of course. He rocks during times like these. He sponsored a truckload of food though, assuming, of course, that everyone eats as much as he does. LOL. Kidding kidding.

Today(ytd) itself, the girls were supposed to be at my house around 11am, then change to 3pm.. After clubbing last night, I slept at 5am, woke up at various intervals and finally dragged myself outta bed at 12nn. My mom called and asked if we had minced meat for the pasta sauce and I said no so I walked out to the NTUC at yewtee mrt to buy tt and mixed veg and balloons and the prize for the games and nachos etc. Yea. Then walked home.. Then prepared the scavenger's hunt stuff and blew balloons.. Then val arrived and we prepared the rest of the balloons, the gift exchange, the other stuff la. Then once everything was more or less settled, i went to bathe and the rest slacked ard. Poor silas hadn't slept for 50+ hours! And still helped us a lot some more!! Thanks mann. Oh and during the aftnn some ppl called to gimme last min notices - Rahrah cldn't make it (drama rehearsal at church), desheng didn't even know it was today(thanks arh teru), sher and friend will be late, siying wld be early tho. Haha.


Then went to set up tables etc, then got ready for the stuff le. My mom started cooking. 6:08pm, our first guests (excluding Silas) arrived - Eu and Gas!! Yayyy Haha. Got them their drinks (which was pretty exciting actually) and chatted for awhile. Then ben, ashton and eve called to say they were at the mrt station already so val and I went to pick them up (val drove). On our way out, Teru made his way in, so we said hi and all first then we went to pick the other 3 up. Then when we arrived back at the house, Ching (val's friend) was there already! So after serving them drinks then realized tt i hadn't served the tidbits! Grr. And there were shitloads of pizza so started giving it out. Hahas

Then other ppl started arriving! And we were behind schedule! We were supposed to start dinner at 7pm la. Then all the ppl refused to eat the pizza can. Siying arrived, Qisheng arrived, mich and JA arrived etc! Hahas. Mingled around, talked talked etc.. Then finally got the guests on their feet and moving to their seats.. Haha. In classic party style we assigned seats for them - broke up the couples and basically sat ppl who didn't know each other at the same table. Thought it might be bad but it ended up really good! Everyone mingled very well =) I'm glad i have fucking sociable friends =)) So we served dinner etc, then desheng called to say he was at mrt, so we went to pick him up.. And thanks to teru's big announcement, the whole fucking party was dying to see him. Thanks arh. Thanks. So we went to pick him up and on the way suyee called and she JUST WOKE UP! Lol. So too late for her to join us le (she lives in bishan!) sigh. So sad lol. Nx time k babe! =) Anw, then when we returned, sher and guo xing were there already! Hehe. Haven't seen sher in ages =) Love ya babe!!

So anyways, dinner draaaaaaaggggggeeeedddd on for super super long. WHY? Coz silly ppl, i mean, silly stupid fucking kaypoh busybodies arh! Hahas. Interrogate interrogate. I wonder why he still stayed on can. If I were him I run away already. Then - interrogate still not enough, still TALK UNTIL SO LOUD!! AUNTIES, I CAN HEAR YOU THROUGH THE KITCHEN WINDOW!! Now I know why halfway through teru came in and asked "your eyes can open bigger?" Hahas. Coz tong helped me stick my falsies then she very smartly stuck them on my lower lids so had to move to upper lids then in the end the eyes BOTH lids also kenna glue. Then the whole night my eyes cldn't open properly lol. Anw, yah then he also asked "you single eyelid or double eyelid". PROUDLY, I say, PROUDLY. I have SINGLE eyelid. YAYYYY~ rah. Anw, yea.. Hahas. Ok back to event-blog. So anyways, after tt we realized we were running outta time so we hurriedly started the games. Funnily enough, and to my huge surprise, everyone was super co-operative! Hahas. I think it's coz they already broke a fucklot of ice yah. *mumbles about idiots and bigmouths again* Anyways, so we started the first game, which was Scavenger's Hunt!! Wo0ts. I shda printed the stuff out but coz of miscommunication wit val.. Hahas. Anw, these were the items they had to get:

And desheng is VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY EXTREMELY VERY VERY EXTREMELY LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG-WINDED!!!!!!

Wah. I really almost died listening to his stupid lame joke. And it was really quite lame nia. But i really almost died. Hahahahaha. Kays so anw, the grps were named Green Yellow and Gray, based on the colors of their place cards. The first game - Gray and Green tied, coz they were able to come up with most of the items, and Green had the best lame joke.

That was the winning entry. The second lamest, told by Miss SherryTan(of the Gray group)!! Lol

Actually I thought this grp one was better. But honestly la. The yellow grp, as represented by desheng, really almost killed everyone off. Hahahahas. So anyways, it was really fun and got everyone feeling slightly happier. Hahahas. After tt game, we moved on to Zong Ji Mi Ma with a twist! Each group had to send a representative to guess the number and the group of the person who kenna-ed the number had to all do the forfeit! Hahas.

Gray grp was represented by Gas, Green by Silas and Yellow by Desheng. (Suddenly he's mr popular -__-"") Hahahas Then GAS WAS SUPER SUAY!!!!! Wahahahahahah 3 times in a row kenna the number! (We held the number up facing the other members but the 3 ppl sat somewhere else where everyone looked at them) Wahahaha Super funny. Poor gray grp (Mich, Teru, Gas and Sher) had to do forfeits 3 times!! Wahahaha. First time was they had to beg the person on their right to SPANK them! Wahahahaha super er xin - GAS EVEN STUCK HIS ASS OUT AND ASKED SHER TO SPANK! Wahahahahahahas. Eunice was laughing her ass off sia! Hahahahas. Then the girls just teh-ed their way through like "uhhh~~ spank meee~~" WAHAHAHAHAHA. OMFG.

Then their second forfeit was that they had to call up McDelivery and ask(altogether as a group) to make a reservation for a candle-lit dinner for TWO! Wahahaha. This was damn funny la, coz the group couldn't say in unison what they wanted to say! Wahahahah. So they kept repeating themselves to the poor waiter! Wahahahs. Then in the end when they finally said, in unison, "CAN WE MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A CANDLE-LIT DINNER FOR TWO?" we all held our breaths, and the guy on the other end went - "HUH!?"

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAH We just freaking all broke out laughing la!! WAHAHAHAHAH Super funny sia! I hereby apologize to the poor McDonald's staff who had to answer our call tt day. LMAO. Super funny! Wahahaha. KK then their third forfeit was that they had to slow-dance to one cheesy song, so we just paired them up - mich and gas, sher and teru.. They danced to "A Whole New World"! Lol. Super funny.

Then the next group to kenna was Silas's grp - GREEN!! HAhahas. Silas, Arh Ben, Siying, Qisheng and Evy kenna and had to SING AND DANCE THE "I'M-A-LITTLE-TEAPOT" SONG LA!!! Wahahaha super funny! So we made Siying lead them and they had to do it twice because i didn't hear them SING! Lol. And they gamely did so. I'm so proud of you guys =))

Then it was late le 1030+? And some ppl had to leave, so we had the gift exchange first and it was cool =) Then we continued with our last game - TRIVIA!! Hahas. Basically we asked them questions about ourselves (the 3 hosts) and the team that answers it on first attempt wins 2 points, the team that answers it on rebound wins one point. Oh and Yellow team won the ZongJiMiMa round coz well, they didn't kenna anything. Lol. So anw, for the trivia, YELLOW TEAM WON due to the combined efforts of Ching (answering Val's qns) and Eunice (answering qns abt me and tong!) LOL

So anw, overall champion were the underdogs - YELLOW TEAM! Haha. They got the prize. You all ownself go and ask them what it was. Yea then basically that ended the party! Hahas. Ended on a good note =)) I'm happy!!

planning the party is at the foremost of my thoughts right now! haha. i can't think beyond Friday at the moment. In fact, I always tend to skip tomorrow(Thursday) in my plans also. Keep forgetting that i gotta attend the bash tml! Hahahas.

Sometimes I think i'm sadistic. I like to torture myself. Knowing fully well that slow soppy love songs drive me nuts, I pulled about 45 of the slow songs from my hard drive together and played them. Sigh.

But I swear guys, this will be the last time i cry for him. I haven't cried for/about him in 3 years, and I'm not even exactly crying about him now. It's just that I've realised that right now, I'm really incapable of loving anyone. It's not that I suddenly need to love someone.. It's just that when I think about the whole lot of people in my life(i mean the guys) since him, I've really never been able to invest much emotion. It's like I told him(and almost everyone else), that I've built a wall around myself/my heart. There's an emotional barrier that I refuse to let down, simply because everytime I let my guard down, I just get hurt again.

I know I think too much, but really, I'm very upset at my inability to love anyone like I've loved him. It sounds so silly, I know. And it's not like I even love him anymore. It's like I'm stuck in limbo! On the one hand, I'm not moving forward with anyone else because of one emotional barrier, and on the other, I refuse to let myself fall into the trap that is him. Does anyone else see/understand my position now? I cannot go back to the past! I cannot love him again! But I cannot love anyone else like I did w.r.t. him! Because I'm simply incapable of feeling so strongly for anyone again.

I remember one period of time, I wanted to write about love. About how love is only portrayed as Great and Strong etc if the people involved had to suffer etc. Like, "Star-Crossed Lovers" or people who'd had to overcome many thousand trillions of obstacles to be together were the only ones who'd be considered to have Great Love for each other.

And I'd wanted to write about how I thought it'd be nice to experience Great Love. And write about how I'd actually experienced it already. Where mine is the type where the characters don't end up together. Where I'd already suffered a lot and there was already enough pain etc. The ending was gonna be like, I'd decide that a simple love story would be enough.

I still think a simple love story would be enough, but it's got to be LOVE. Not just a (like i'd mentioned earlier) "spur-of-the-moment, this-one-will-do" decision. And I realise that that's what i'm doing now. I'm making do, compromising etc.

Anyways, if i ever get involved romantically again, I'll want it to be simple, direct, no playing games(mind games etc), no hints, no indirect methods of expressing .. stuff.. Simple and direct.

So the past 2 days were ok... Friday was spent re-arranging tuition timings, eventually cancelling altogether, to attend my brother's birthday dinner at Sakura in Town. Bought out new IPods.. Hah. I kept telling my parents I didn't want it until I realised we were getting the Fifth Generation IPod with video display and photo display functions. Haha. So naturally I said YES! Haha. I don't have a pic of it to show y'all but you guys can go check out the webby. As far as I know, it's just called the Fifth Generation Ipod thingy.. And out of the three models in the pic it's the tallest. It's not nano. I dunno what it is lol. But another 30 gig of memory space is good! Hee.

Then spent today and ytd trying to config my Ipod. Damn pissed with Apple at forcing people to use their programs to config their devices and synchronise everything so that you can only play files that their devices support etc. Stupid shit. Got me cursing and swearing the whole day. Then went down to AMK for MICH's BIRTHDAY!!! Hehe. Hope you had a great day darling =) You have a great boyfriend.
